I am having trouble uderstanding the nuances & style of using PHP to interface with XHTML/tikiwikiforms/etc. I think XHTML is for generating forms, PHP is for manipulating data gathered from forms, & mySQL is for storing the data. I've little to no experience in web programming & can't grasp the overall way in which everything interfaces. All books I've read so far deal with language(s). Is there anything out there that will show me how it all fits together.
