HQ: as in MeetUp dot com HeadQuarters in New York City.... And they are on an Appreciation Tour! And they are coming to LA to THANK the Organizers! They are only visiting a few cities... Los Angeles, Houston, Portland, Raleigh, NYC, Las Vegas and that's it... 2) What Convergence? ~AFTER PARTY~ Begins at 8pm- Midnight-ish.. Convergence.. MeetUP Members get in a social comfort zone and don't explore other MeetUps. New Groups need help...And large or more established groups get clique-ish.. So its my experience that combining groups expands all groups involved. Tennis players do drink, and Poodle lovers may like Yoga, and Yogis might like Poodles and Tennis and so on.. We are planning activities and games with prizes for members to play. Such as Projecting MeetUp Event pictures on wall and making members guess who the organizer or Meetup is... Help New Organizers and New Members! And other games to get members mixing with other groups...Lots of Mixing, Mingling, Fun and Games, and even some dancing later! (Suggestions? Send them!!!) Edna is footing the bill for security, sound, DJ, and etc just like a club to break even on food and drinks.. What's the deal.??. Prices? Yeah I got that covered.. Not just an ordinary eggroll and it’s good. --- $5.00 - Satay: 2 skewered pieces of tender beef or chicken marinated in Asian spices and grilled to perfection. Parking: Behind Warehouse, all along Washington and La Cienega Blvd, According to Edna Luer: Our Back, Side and Front of the showroom, we can accommodate 40-60 self park cars and perhaps with valet up to 100. Outside our east gate there’s a security guard that charges $5.00 per car. Because it’s a Sunday, the 5-7 may not be charge for outside near our east gate. However after 8pm, he is out there organizing and directing the parking which can park up to 300 cars. There are plenty of public parking on LaCienega Blvd., Blackwelder (a block away). We’ve had 800 guest one time and the guests able to park all over the streets. "
